What is the Farm Program?
The Farm Program is designed to accelerate your career by eight to ten years in three to four years. We provide young professionals with the opportunity for 7-figures in fees and equity based on performance, rather than adhering to arbitrary timelines . We empower young professionals with responsibility, experience across multiple verticals, and a direct form of mentorship only possible at small companies.

de Anda Capital is an independent sponsor and family office with over 140 deals, over 3 billion USD in investor value creation, based in Los Angeles, CA and New York City, NY. We acquire, operate and consolidate businesses in property management and real estate services.
We work across several verticals, including property management, payroll and payments, decarbonization, manufacturing, and lending and financing.

What our certifications look like
Our analysts will certify you in different skills within your function, and later, across other functions.
For sales, you will be certified in Clay, Apify, and Instantly, demand generation, multi-touch sequences, outreach automation, and cold-calling, and closing deals within the first eight weeks.
For FP&A, you will be certified in reading cashflow statements, using Excel, normalizing EBIDTA, running a sensitivity, building checks, and owning your workbooks end-to-end within the first eight weeks.
